When do the courses start?

A1 to B1: New batches start every month.

  • In odd months (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov): classes run from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. (CET).
  • In even months (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec): classes run in the morning from 08:00 to 11:30 (CET).

 

B2 and C1: These levels start every two months, with fixed class times from 12:15 to 16:30 (CET).

Regular A1 to C1 courses last 2 months (8 weeks, including exam period)

A1–B1: 150 teaching units (UE).

B2–C1: 200 teaching units (UE).

Courses are intensive and designed for fast progress.

All main Intensive courses are held 4 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Yes. Our TELC preparation course is a short-term intensive option:

Duration: 2 weeks,

Schedule: Mondays and Thursdays,

Time: 09:00 – 10:30 (CET),

Total: ~20 UE.

Unfortunately, not at the moment. Due to high demand from international students and limited seat availability, we currently only accept students living outside Germany. We believe students in Germany have more access to in-person German courses, while learners abroad need more support. We are working on expanding our capacity soon.
Yes! If you’re a European resident outside Germany, you are welcome to enroll.

We offer a free placement test, as well as a private placement examination for just €25, which assesses your grammar, reading, and writing skills to recommend the most suitable level. Please email us to schedule a private Placement test. 

All of our classes are 100% live and interactive. You’ll learn in real-time from certified native-speaking teachers.

We offer courses from A1 to C1, aligned with the CEFR framework. This includes preparation for exams such as telc, TestDaF, and Goethe.

Each group has a maximum of 15 students, ensuring personalized attention, speaking practice, and interactive learning.
Classes follow a fixed weekly schedule for consistency and better learning discipline. You’ll receive your class timetable upon enrollment.

Yes! We host free live webinars on Sundays for our new user. Check out our homepage, and join our Coffee Sunday. 

We offer competitive pricing with more total teaching hours than most schools. Prices vary by level and course duration. Please contact us or visit our pricing page for exact details.

No. The only additional cost is for the recommended coursebook, which you may buy in digital or physical format.

You will receive an official email one week before your course begins with: Book details, Class schedule, Exam information, Platform instructions.
Yes. You may cancel your course up to 14 days before the start date. A €100 processing fee will be deducted, and the rest refunded within 10–14 working days.
Email us at least 14 days before the course starts, and explain your reason. We’ll handle the rest — no questions asked.
If we cannot accommodate you due to overcapacity, you’ll receive a full refund, and we’ll cover the processing fee. You’ll be notified by official email.
Yes. After the final exam: If you score 60/100 or above, you will receive a digital certificate via email.
No. All certificates are sent digitally only.
No. Our certificates are internal and not valid for visa applications. For visa purposes, you must take exams like TELC, Goethe, or TestDaF.

Yes. You can register only for the final exam, although we highly recommend completing the full course to maximize your results. The final exam cost 50€, and you can register by writing us e-mail.

If you don’t pass, we recommend retaking the course from the beginning to improve your learning outcome.
Our team speaks German, English, Turkish, Kurdish, and Hindi. You’ll feel supported in a language you’re comfortable with.
Yes. All instructors are native German speakers with formal certifications and experience in teaching German as a foreign language.

We use stable platforms like Zoom or Google Meet, optimized for live teaching with screen-sharing, whiteboards, and breakout rooms.

We understand occasional absences. You’ll receive summaries, materials, and access to key resources after each class. However, we strongly encourage full attendance for best results.
If seats are available in another batch, you may switch before the course begins. After the start date, transfers are not guaranteed.
Yes. In addition to live classes, you’ll receive homework assignments, vocabulary lists, quizzes, and speaking tasks to reinforce your learning.

Absolutely. Speaking is a key focus. You’ll participate in role plays, discussions, and breakout group activities in every session.
